My Art Prints

All of my paintings in some way or another represent different periods in my life. Sometimes, it is very difficult to decide which ones to have reproduced into limited edition prints. Over the years, that decision has been either a huge success or a not so good idea. And, I have learned an artist can never really predict which painting will be a piece that 500 to 1000 people will want to put on their wall. Occasionally though, there will be that perfect painting that everybody wants to take home with them. In that situation, there aren’t enough prints to go around. That painting for me was called “A Quiet Place.” It was the print that made my career. To this day I will always be thankful that it did. But, I will never fully understand why. An image of the print can be seen on my “About Patricia Page.” It wasn’t a large fancy painting fill with lots of stuff. It was simple a rocking chair sitting on a porch with a quilt draped over the seat and arm. After that print, I did prints of a painting of a farm house on a cold winter night with a bright full moon shining across the snow. That print was also a sell out. I have been fortunate in having a successful career with several sold out prints. Some selling faster than others. The image at the top of this page is of the first print that I have released since the illness that left me in a wheelchair nine years ago. So far it has been a good one for me.

Over the years, I have painted things that mean something to me as well as painting things that have been suggested or requested. So, I’m always interested in hearing suggestions from anybody. Sometimes, I put those ideas on canvas and sometimes I don’t.

I’d love to hear what you would like to see framed on your wall.

If you would like to make a suggestion, you can go to my Contact Patricia” page and let me know. I look forward to hearing from you.
